No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup vanilla whey protein powder
- ¼ cup almond meal
- ¾ cup natural peanut butter 100% natural
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
- In a bowl, mix oats, protein powder, almond meal and cinnamon. Next, add peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla essence and stir to combine thoroughly.
- Using your hands gather the mixture together and roll into small balls. Mixture should make 12 balls.
- Cover protein balls with plastic film (or transfer to a sealed container) and chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins before serving. Protein balls can be frozen too.
