Ingredients
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 50 g cheddar cheese grated
- baby spinach leaves shredded
- spring onions thinly sliced
- sesame seeds toasted
- lemon juice
- carrot grated
- 2 slices Tip Top 9 Grain Original Bread
Method
- Mix together cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, spinach, onion, sesame seeds and a little lemon juice. Spread over bread and top with carrot, and lettuce.
